Q: Is Schools Operating Authority equivalent to AOA?

A: Of course not. SOA is under the Education Bureau of HKSAR.

Q: What is a Record Book?

A: The Record Book is an identity as a participant of AYP. It also serves the purpose of recording the activities completed as well as identifying the level of Award attained.

Q: What is a log book?

A: The log book is a summary on what you have done. You should include your reflection in your log book. For the Gold level, a log book for each Section should be submitted to SOA Office for endorsement.

Q: How many members are there in SOA?

A: Over 35,000 participants as at March 2010.

Q: Are the Vocational Training Council and Universities under Schools Operating Authority?

A: SOA User Units are only limited to secondary schools.
