Q: Must I join AYP through The Schools Operating Authority?

Q: What is the difference between Direct Silver level and Silver level?

A: Typically, most participants complete the Bronze level before they start the Silver level. The Direct Silver level is for those who wish to complete the Silver level, but have never joined any activities in the Bronze level or only completed some parts in the Bronze level.

The Direct Silver entrants will have to complete one more route in the expeditions section, and they need to take half a year longer to complete the skills section. In truth, The Direct Silver entrants would not finish the level faster than those who join the Silver level.

Q: I am under 14, can I still participate?

Top

Q: Do I have to pay for the membership fees?

A: Participants only have to pay $35 for the record book.

Q: If I am not a secondary school student, can I still join The Schools Operating Authority?
